Synopsis: Kosumo , a 17 year old schoolgirl, has a serious medical condition that lands her in the hospital in serious need of a blood and heart transfusion. She has a rare AB negative type blood and the hospital doubts they will receive any in time to save her life. Meanwhile, out in the city, the 99th Generation Miko, Hmiko-sama, is traveling with her servant Hitsugi. There is a terrible accident during which Himiko tries to sake the life of a child. She saves the child, but ends up being hit by the car in the kid’s place. Himiko is sent to the hospital. Himiko is on the verge of death and the hospital sees that she is AB negative and decides to transfuse her blood into Kosumo. Kosumo survives with Himiko’s heart and blood now in her body. Along with the transfer of blood, Himiko’s powers she had as a Miko were also transferred to Kosumo. Hitsugi, Himiko’s servant, is crushed when he learns she has died since he loved her very much and vows to find the girl the blood has been transferred to and swears to become her personal protector.
