Synopsis from SnoopyCool:
shabashi Kango quite literally runs into the cyborg Oozora Kohime one day, and
his life takes a turn for the zanier! Kango loses his place as the number-one
"tough guy" on the block in everyone's mind as Kohime demonstrates her
seemingly inexplicable strength. In one such demonstration, her house is
destroyed, forcing her father and her to move into Kango's home. She becomes
Kango's best friend, dragging him (sometimes unwillingly) along with her through
life.
